Terms of Service

1. Service
LeadsOff provides a lead verification and fraud detection service for digital advertising campaigns. The service sits between your lead capture form and your CRM/ad platform, verifying submissions in real time and blocking identified fraudulent entries.
2. Billing
Billing is monthly. No minimum contract period. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. We do not pro-rate unused days, but we do not charge for days after cancellation. All prices are in SGD unless otherwise stated.
3. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe or your account will be deactivated. Your data is retained for 30 days after deactivation before deletion.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There is no cancellation fee or penalty.
5. Data Ownership
You own your data. All lead submissions, fraud reports, and campaign data collected through your LeadsOff account belong to you. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
6. Data Retention
Lead data is retained for 12 months by default. You may delete individual records or your entire dataset at any time from the dashboard. Upon account closure, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
7. Acceptable Use
LeadsOff may only be used to protect your own digital advertising campaigns from fraudulent lead submissions. Using the service to target, monitor, or collect data on individuals without their knowledge or consent in a way that violates applicable law is prohibited.
8. Uptime and Support
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. Support is available via WhatsApp and email. Pro and Agency plan clients receive priority response.
9. Limitation of Liability
LeadsOff is a detection and blocking service. We do not guarantee that all fraudulent submissions will be identified. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 3 months preceding any claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
